I was going to try and use this company service with purchasing a home for my family for the first time in generations. All the people who look like me and have used this service has been evicted or unable to meet required application requirements. I know what someone would pay for rent now a days often is more than a mortgage, taxes and homeowners insurance. Why so many people who look like me arent qualifying and arent gaining the necessary assistance doesnt surprise me with all the corporations buying all the houses and jacking up the prices.
