Nice water park to bring the kids not much of a crowd but it has its days nice park for the little ones to play in afterwards and lots of space to grill just bring your own

My experience with this company (Woda group) has been horrible, I completed an application and paid the $35 fee, this was during construction, I was then notified that I was put on their wait list. I started to apply for another one of their properties, and was told that I would have to pay another application fee, I declined. I believe that this company is just taking seniors money.I have checked my credit report and to date they have not checked my report.
