Absolute trash of a place From the moment we moved in it was nothing but issues from having to replace a cracked window pane a broken seal on another window and have the AC fixed not one but FOUR times After a few months of living there we had to hav Absolute trash of a place From the moment we moved in it was nothing but issues from having to replace a cracked window pane a broken seal on another window and have the AC fixed not one but FOUR times After a few months of living there we had to have them come in to spray for roaches after witnessing one crawl out of a vent Not only that between 3 to 5am cars will drive through the parking lot with heavy bass blaring and management did nothing about it After we turned in our keys they continued to charge us for energy costs until the end of the month despite our lease ending I have lived in 6 different apartments over the last two decades and this has been by far my worst experience more ... hide ...

Parkview has been a fantastic place to live Ive been here for just about a year and cant think of any complaints All of the staff that i have met have been super friendly Weve only had a couple issues that have required maintenance and Will was here Parkview has been a fantastic place to live Ive been here for just about a year and cant think of any complaints All of the staff that i have met have been super friendly Weve only had a couple issues that have required maintenance and Will was here within 2 days to take care of it He even fixed an outlet for us that wasnt originally on the work order The nearby pond is great to walk around and the neighbors that i have met have all been very nice We plan on staying here for a while and cant think of a better community to call home more ... hide ...

I just moved in last month and so far everything has been great With Covid rules appointments were required to see apartments but I had showed up unannounced and they made time for me and my questions and even took me to the available unit The staf I just moved in last month and so far everything has been great With Covid rules appointments were required to see apartments but I had showed up unannounced and they made time for me and my questions and even took me to the available unit The staff have been super friendly every time I have called emailed or came into the office since moving in I have two dogs and they love the huge grass areas the ponds and absolutely love looking out the windows to watch the ducks The apartment I am leasing is one of their Non updated units and even with it being an old style everything is in working order I had a complaint about the stove top and after submitting a request on a weekend maintenance was here to fix it Monday morning I have not experienced anything negative from the wonderful staff more ... hide ...
