Ive lived in this complex for years. And their maintenance service is poorly. Never gets anything done on time, its always late. You can get AT&T because their signal comes through the phone line. As of today the management company per the on-site property manager the management company will not so the needed repairs. Also the elevator is 30 year old * with no spare parts. It could take up to 30 days to install a new one. My experience with the elevator has been: while in the elevator it dropped 3-4 inches down. But the manager refuses to give you a application after 11 to take with you to fill out and will only mail on to you.
