Initially I called in February to inquire about an apartment. I was told that some were being worked on and were coming available in April and to call back mid March to get the status. So I did. They asked me to do a background check($40) and that I could use it anywhere because it was good for a year. I did that even though I couldnt really spare it at the time. I tried using it with other landlords and they wouldnt accept it. I was also told they would be willing to split the deposit into two payments. I was up front about my income(disability). I jumped through all the hoops. Gave references. Everything they asked for, only to be told \"Your income isnt high enough. Were worried about your ability to live with just $275 left on your check.\"If you wanted 3x the income as a requirement. Then it should have been listed on the Facebook post. It said income verification only. 3x $725 is $2,175. A single person would have to make $18/hour AFTER taxes in order to meet that requirement. How many average jobs do you think pay like that?I also stated that I had plans to get part time work after I moved into the area to supplement my income. Which I now have two part time jobs adding just under $1,300 to my $987 disability. I didnt want to ride the bus an hour to/from Akron everyday. I emailed said job and sent the information. No response. I called multiple times, got hung up on once and the woman in the office didnt seem to interested in helping me. If my income isnt enough then theres something seriously wrong. My background was 100% clean. I have no significant other/roommate moving in with me, no pets. I dont smoke, drink and Im very clean. People like this frustrate me to no end making it this difficult to get a place to live.I will never recommend this place to anyone. In all honesty I felt discriminated against because of my disability. Which isnt permanent by the way.Good luck to anyone dealing with these people.more ...hide ...

Almost have to have a \"Showplace home\" for them..Had to get manager to inspect to get a passing grade on my inspection report. As other person is extremely perfection oriented. This has been my home since 2016, and I dont believe my home is too bad, maybe some dishes in the sink, stove top not perfect, dust here and there but liveable and sanitary.more ...hide ...
