As a single mother of three, who also has cancer, and who works from home for fifty hours each week (with my youngest being an infant), I got in trouble for having a babysitter inside the house. Moreover, I was harassed by my neighbor from the start and almost lost my job due to her going ballistic about a parking spot. During my first weekend here, on my street alone, I saw the police being called out for who knows what; there were people rummaging through the trash bins and people walking around in their underwear near small kids. Consequently, I contacted my lawyer and will soon be meeting with them to go over this lease, since it contains several points that go against some Ohio rental laws. If you need a babysitter in the house or if you want to visit your family more than fourteen days in a ninety-day period, I would not recommend moving here.
