I'd much rather stay at a homeless shelter than here. It's embarrassing to tell people that I live at Northland Court, as their first words are usually, "Isn't that the main place to get drugs?" It's embarrassing to tell people that I live at Northland Court, as their first words are usually, "Isn't that the main place to get drugs?" The conditions here are horrendous - I've been trying to get maintenance done for over five months, the heaters are literally coming out of the walls, and the bathroom has mold growing in it. I wouldn't recommend anyone apply here, as they'd be better off homeless. This place is a real dump. Bill and Angie are the slumlords of America; they never show up for office hours, and they don't listen to the tenants' problems. They should be removed from their positions. The owner of the complex has no clue what's going on, and she couldn't care less; she just wants her money. My suggestion is to go to the homeless shelter where you'll be respected and your issues will be addressed. These people here just want their paychecks. The state really needs to step in and take over.more ...hide ...

They take your voucher based on here say and don€™t listen to the facts that are brought to their faces. Yes they took my voucher, am I mad? No. I€™m upset that they took my mother€™s when she was never in violation of her contract.more ...hide ...
