My experience with this company (Woda group) has been horrible, I completed an application and paid the $35 fee, this was during construction, I was then notified that I was put on their wait list. I started to apply for another one of their properties, and was told that I would have to pay another application fee, I declined. I believe that this company is just taking seniors money.I have checked my credit report and to date they have not checked my report. They have built a couple of buildings since I had originally applied and I have not been contacted. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!more ...hide ...
