The tenants who have lived here for many years who were happy before National Church Residences purchased the property and began managing in 2020 are unhappy since the change in ownership and management. The tenants say the original owners/managers kept the building extremely clean and since 2020 the building is filthy and janitorial service is grossly inadequate.
