Slightly more friendly residents than other local subsided housing projects in the area. I have quite a few close friends who reside there with their children. They enjoy the relative safety & silence, the kids love the playgrounds, the adults appreciate the community grilles and the moms, dads, grandparents & children most definitely like being directly across the street from the elementary school. Not to mention Shadis convenient store/gas station/local hang-out is a 5 minute walk & Dollar General is approximately 8-10 minutes walking distance.more ...hide ...
I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to live here. Nothing ever gets fixed. The washers and dryers are from the late 80sHalf the time they dont even work. The hallways are filthy.
