I have lived in my dwelling for nearly 14 years, and never encountered such appalling service....from the estate managers (who never had the appropriate responses or any answers to queries asked after calling them back months later) to the estate managers superior (whose attitude was the most detestable ever!) to the maintenance division (which was non-existent and put band-aids over things that truly needed to be fixed, if they ever came out). It usually took weeks to get our lawn cut, weeks to years to get things mended, and queries were never heeded for weeks and weeks. But when it came to gathering their money....they were always on time for that! I recently moved since I sensed it was time to move away from this atrocious situation...and still haven't got a walk through done or word on my security deposit and I have been away for around a month! Now I must say the former property manager...Mrs. Peeks was very beneficial and amiable, and the receptionist at the Ansel site is also very obliging and demonstrated extraordinary customer service and patience....but everybody else I have encountered...horrible customer service and attitudes. I always thought Famicos was an admirable company due to all the great programs they offer, and I won't take that away from them. But as property managers more ... hide ...

I have been on the list since March 2021 and I dont get through I was with Famicos in 20162018 and I love them but been emailing them and know answer
