The facility itself is not bad, its kept clean. As I pulled in to visit the person I know living here I noticed a walker( the type used to help with balance) blocking one of the Handicap parking spots. Once inside I asked about this and the answer I received was that this was normal, the residents often do this to save or as I see it Prevent an other handicapped resident from utilizing the the spot! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of! Staff is absolutely aware this takes place and apparently are ok with it. Why is it acceptable for the staff to allow this? The person I visit themselves are disabled and have a hard time with walking distances yet must drive past an empty spot blocked by a walker to park way out in general parking and struggle to get into the facility!more ...hide ...
I lived there 2-1/2 years. The best apartment I ve ever had. The manager Renee is the best. She is so professional and kind hearted. Always a beautiful smile and kind word and was always willing to listen and help wI lived there 2-1/2 years. The best apartment I ve ever had. The manager Renee is the best. She is so professional and kind hearted. Always a beautiful smile and kind word and was always willing to listen and help with solutions. I will miss her so. Dave the maintenance worker could fix anything and was very timely in address matters of concern. He and Renee worked hard to ensure that the building was clean, safe and beautifully taken care of. My friends and family loved to visit me there and have lunch on the decks or community rooms. I will miss Renee and Dave and the residents who feel like family.
