I had so many issues with people stealing and the kids are so rude Their parents can careless about there whereabouts they all cuss and will cuss you out I moved in and there were condoms clogging my drain it smelled of animal pee i had it cleaned at I had so many issues with people stealing and the kids are so rude Their parents can careless about there whereabouts they all cuss and will cuss you out I moved in and there were condoms clogging my drain it smelled of animal pee i had it cleaned at least 3 times out of own pocket I cleaned the place from top to bottom when i left and got charged a god awful amount of money They never met me for my walk through and took them 3 weeks to send it to me Thank the lord i took pictures and police reports The office staff are just horrible and rude Do not move here on top of it all i paid full rent more ... hide ...

I read the reviews when i came to see this property i honestly have to say Im glad I decided to check it out for myself I live here almost 2 years and no problems The property is clean when i had a garbage disposal problem it was handled right away I read the reviews when i came to see this property i honestly have to say Im glad I decided to check it out for myself I live here almost 2 years and no problems The property is clean when i had a garbage disposal problem it was handled right away My rugs werent new when i moved in but clean as was the apartment The appliances were clean and in good working order The maintenance crew is hardworking and the office staff is amazing As for Antoniesha she is very helpful and a pleasure to talk with to be totally honest She has gone above and beyond as well as the other office staff im bad with names but i do not have many issues i would have to go in the office for If i moved from here it would be a personal issue like being closer to family and not due to the property Come check it out for yourself People usually take more time to complain than to give praise I like Timberlake townhouses i feel safe here and thats what matters to me most more ... hide ...
