This is very old and run down apartment complex that has not been updated in a number of years I hope once the remodeling is complete particularly in the common areas it should be very nice The apartments that have been remolded are nice

This one of the few of the worst places to live in East Cleveland, they have mold growing in the bathrooms of the apartment. The hallways are trash,the landlords never fix anything in the apartment.
