Maintenance has gotten better the guy is real nice and works quickly. The landlady doesnt allow him to order parts he needs for stuff from what weve heard from the residents near van buren. There have been tons of complaints. My aunt lived there for years and she said this is the worst its ever been management wise. I was gonna try and move in with my husband and now i wont even fill out an application. Sounds like theyve had management issues for years. Edit maintenance is gone and the landlady harasses people behind their backs and kicks out people who have done nothing wrong. She needs fired for the harassment and neglect of the apartments, you can drive by on smithville and its side street and the grounds look horrible.more ...hide ...
