Had to give this place at least a one star since theres no way to leave a no star review Ive been living here in Arbourway since 1997 and its never been this bad as it is now My toilet in my main bathroom had a leak and when I tried to call the after Had to give this place at least a one star since theres no way to leave a no star review Ive been living here in Arbourway since 1997 and its never been this bad as it is now My toilet in my main bathroom had a leak and when I tried to call the after hour emergency number to report the leak the phone number wouldnt work I constantly had to get on them for a month until they got it fixed I recently had to replace my lock to my front door myself because they wont fix it or compensate me for fixing it I got a couple more issues that need fixed like a clogged kitchen sink but they wont fix those neither This complex is poorly ran anything hardly ever gets fixed but theyre quick to take our rent money In the 23 years I lived here I have to say Im disappointed in how this complex is ran They want to jack my rent up next year but nothing will get fixed Theres better places to live than this cesspit more ... hide ...
