I lived here for only one year. 2018-2019... Lower level apartment. I loved it for the first month & that was about it.. after one month my living room flooded. I loved it for the first month & that was about it.. after one month my living room flooded. Before I agreed to this apartment I asked did they have flooding problems the property manager told me no it had been years since the last issue. Then almost every other month after it flooded. 8 months later, my kitchen started flooding. It backed up so bad it went from the kitchen all the way to the living room & the smells were terrible. Only thing I can say is they mustve had this cleaning company on standby because they would come and suck up the water and clean my apartment. Oh my bathroom also flooded. The toilet would bubble when it rained, then over flow. Once dirt filled my entire bathtub. Idek how but it was mud in my bathtub... Cant make this up. Other than these issues I actually loved the size, price, location etc. Parking would be an issue if neighbors had parties because they would park crazy and block ppl in. also my upstairs neighbors were loud af and always fighting & screaming at kids. Whew chile Im glad I left lolmore ...hide ...
