Everywhere is littered with rubbish and cigarette butts. Some flats have two to three islander families crammed in them! The parking lots are full at night! The apartments ought to have a locked entry, we lived there for one year and it was broken. The corridor constantly reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. We had mice gnawing through the outmoded 1980s dishwasher. We had mice running under the doorway from the passageway. We had mice scampering in the range. I keep a neat home and the personnel stated it was coming from a downstairs unit. The water heater is only twenty-five gallons. Consequently, forget about taking a pleasant hot shower or having people take back-to-back showers. There are no washer/dryer connections, so you have to use the expensive ones downstairs, which are often filthy and people leave their clothing in them. Individuals come from all the buildings to use them, so it's a first come first served basis. As for the apartment interior, it needs modernizing, but it was a spacious size, with large rooms. We were aware it was just temporary, and that's the only thing that helped us to get through that situation.more ...hide ...
