Its proximity to campus, the expense, and the amenities make me very pleased with my original decision. Although there are typically some issues that arise annually, the maintenance crew has been extraordinarily prompt in responding to my requests, regularly arriving on the same day and, in some cases, within hours.I would recommend taking a look at the renovated kitchens with their attractive dark-wood themes, in-apartment washer/dryer for added convenience, and even a ground-level apartment. Although these don’t have balconies like their second-floor counterparts, I realized my electricity bill was substantially lower likely due to the cooler temperature on the ground floor, which requires the AC to operate less.It gets even better – East Lansing road services recently repaved Hagadorn and put in two median turns, making it considerably simpler to turn left out of Glenwood! This is especially beneficial when you're heading to the community HQ at Berrytree to take a dip in the hot tub or talk with the leasing office. The only issue I have with this complex is that the entrance sign is only faintly lit on one side and not lit at all on the other, making it difficult to spot at night when turning into the parking lot. But this should be an easy fix :-)I would like to extend a thank-you to Bailey and Austin and all the other staff members who have assisted me more ... hide ...

2022-06-17T09:43:37ZWe had a flood midway through the semester water was leaking through the floor from the rain outside and it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed by which time the carpet had gotten moldy and we were forced to live in the moldy apartment After several co We had a flood midway through the semester water was leaking through the floor from the rain outside and it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed by which time the carpet had gotten moldy and we were forced to live in the moldy apartment After several complaints to the manager that my roommate is getting sick from all the mold in the place we were not able to get the carpet changed or cleaned We asked for some sort of compensation which in my opinion was the least they could have done and were denied 3 months later carpet is still moldy I would not reccomend living in glenwood or for that matter most of DTNs complexes in east lansing more ... hide ...

2022-03-19T22:35:48ZApts are okay but the parking is ABYSMAL Its literally the only problem I have with this complex Its P shaped for some reason with the back parking lot supposedly being for guests All the spots up front get taken before 430pm so good luck if you come Apts are okay but the parking is ABYSMAL Its literally the only problem I have with this complex Its P shaped for some reason with the back parking lot supposedly being for guests All the spots up front get taken before 430pm so good luck if you come home after that Also they dont enforce permits at all so dont bother buying one I did and I really wish I hadnt wasted my money because the front spots get taken by people without permits all the time They basically took my money and gave me a shiny sticker that doesnt mean anything because I end up having to park in the guest lot anywaysnnThe apartments themselves are actually decent quality especially given their price and proximity to campus but the parking situation is ridiculous The only saving grace is that the complex is very well lit so walking alone at night as a young woman isnt as dangerous as it might be elsewherennIf you want to live here my advice is to make sure your building is towards the end of the lot It will save you a lot of trouble more ... hide ...

2019-08-18T13:45:49ZLiving at Glenwood Apartments was surprisingly pleasant for a college apartment complex The units were up to date and the balcony porches were brand new Maintenance was always quick to help even after hours Management was impressively organized Great Living at Glenwood Apartments was surprisingly pleasant for a college apartment complex The units were up to date and the balcony porches were brand new Maintenance was always quick to help even after hours Management was impressively organized Great prices free DirecTV and a clean well kept pool areannTo prove that I am not a bot I will say that the parking could be a pain in the rear Sometimes the only available spots require you to walk a long ways to your apartment My only other complaint is that I wish Glenwoods pool area had a hot tub like Berrytree down the road more ... hide ...
