Ive been here for 6 years and this year is by far the worst it has been for me living out here They refuse to answer the phone in the office even when workers are onsite The refuse to fix anything and we are starting to have bug issues out here They Ive been here for 6 years and this year is by far the worst it has been for me living out here They refuse to answer the phone in the office even when workers are onsite The refuse to fix anything and we are starting to have bug issues out here They dont care about the property or the people that live here When you do come in contact with workers they are rude They want you to comply with the rules but they wont This is very unprofessional I havent known what my rent is since August due to my husband loosing his job and now he has a lower pay and they want me to pay the old rent amount until they feel like adjusting it even when we cant afford it I got covid Oic said they would pay my rent well i have lost that assistance because they wont respond and now Im 7 months behind on rent and they refuse to answer the phones so my family cant get help This is a very sad situation and they wont help more ... hide ...
