I have enjoyed pristine lawn and landscape, along with snow removal, and preventative maintenance keeping this property, inside and out, the most desirable place to live as a senior citizen in Norwalk, Ohio. I have enjoyed low utility bills in a very comfortable home due to the efforts of management. I have enjoyed free water and trash removal and, I might add, the dumpsters are never overflowing. The only maintenance I personally required was a lightbulb to be changed - and it was done immediately. Great place to live as a senior - never regret downsizing from a home - plenty of parking for guests - safe and secure and well-lit. Enjoy my walks and the friendly residents.
