The children in the area were not supervised, so they were constantly stealing and engaging in vandalism. We had to purchase security cameras to keep our house secure. I contacted the corporate office several times, and Angie from the corporate office was very helpful. Unfortunately, Victoria from the corporate office was rude and hostile. Our drywall fell from the ceiling, and when I showed her the pictures, I remarked that if my toddler had eaten it, it would have been extremely bad. She started to laugh at my concern until she realized she was being recorded - I had cameras inside my home too. Laurie, the current manager, never responds to calls or emails. She sent us our security deposit, making the check out to "unborn child" which I found offensive as I am not currently pregnant. She only does her job halfheartedly. If you are looking for a safe area to live, this is not the place to be. The photos are only a few of the minor things that needed to be fixed, and when we moved out, they were still in need of repair. These pictures do not demonstrate the magnitude of how bad these homes are. I had to wait for a long time to get basic things fixed more ... hide ...

They go through Managers like crazy and raise rent every yr until u cant afford it and movethe ppl absolutely suck out there with hood rat kidsdont go there
