2023-03-25T04:00:03ZI submitted an application for a 3 bedroom townhome I found on Zillow, including the application fee, and waited a week before trying to contact the complex. I was unable to reach them by phone; the voicemail was always full. I was unable to reach them by phone; the voicemail was always full. Finally, I received a response by text, saying they were "busy" and to call back later. I asked about my application and whether it had been received, and was told to wait a day and they would get back to me. When the next day arrived, there was still no response. I sent another text at around 5-6pm and got a reply saying they had gotten it. This exchange continued for about a week. When I inquired about the availability of the unit, I was informed that there was a TWO YEAR waiting list - not what the website had said at all, as it had indicated that there were MULTIPLE vacancies. It's hard to believe that an income-based apartment complex would take advantage of those in need by taking application fees and not providing accurate information. This place should be avoided at all costs. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. more ... hide ...
