I was unable to reach them by phone; the voicemail was always full. I was unable to reach them by phone; the voicemail was always full. Finally, I received a response by text, saying they were "busy" and to call back later. I asked about my application and whether it had been received, and was told to wait a day and they would get back to me. When the next day arrived, there was still no response. I sent another text at around 5-6pm and got a reply saying they had gotten it. This exchange continued for about a week. When I inquired about the availability of the unit, I was informed that there was a TWO YEAR waiting list - not what the website had said at all, as it had indicated that there were MULTIPLE vacancies. It's hard to believe that an income-based apartment complex would take advantage of those in need by taking application fees and not providing accurate information. This place should be avoided at all costs. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. more ... hide ...

Nice clean place to live However there is some narks that live here

No restrooms No shade trees Weeds growing through bleachers Parking wasnt good Dugouts far back from home plate
