I am a rather new resident here and had my first encounter with a problem with my apartment. While I was washing dishes I heard water dripping beneath the sink. I notified the maintenance man that came by with the exteI am a rather new resident here and had my first encounter with a problem with my apartment. While I was washing dishes I heard water dripping beneath the sink. I notified the maintenance man that came by with the exterminator to do routine work on my floor. He took one look at my problem, said he knew what was causing it and advised me to notify the office for a work order. I did and that same afternoon he came back, replaced the garbage disposal in no time flat and solved my problem! I am completely satisfied with the prompt and professional service I received and am very appreciative. ( I wish so much I could remember his name, but the office knows who they sent.) Place is not very clean Ive had ppl who live there tell me that theres a bed bug & roach problem a lot of the ppl there have mental problems or are old or disabled in some way. It used to be a hotel so the rooms are tiny and there are no windows in the rooms only in the hallway so if u want fresh air you have to open your door then anyone walking by can look right into your room!! The guy who runs or owns the place is a terrible man very hateful and uses the residents as cheap labor knowing there in a bad way or they wouldnt be living in his building some pay little as nothing or 25 $ a month & government pays the rest! These ppl deserve much better then this very sadmore ...hide ...
