They claim to have 24 hour surveillance but my car was broken into window smashed and radio ripped out and other belongings stolen in their parking lot my very first visit there, and I spoke to the lady Princess who saidThey claim to have 24 hour surveillance but my car was broken into window smashed and radio ripped out and other belongings stolen in their parking lot my very first visit there, and I spoke to the lady Princess who said she did not really know how to opperate the cameras after I had asked to see the surveillance. I was only there from 11AM until 1:20PM and it was residents coming and going and the maintenence man on the footage but everybody said they did not see a thing or hear a thing, I have a big truck and It was in the cameras view and the video footage jumped around with the time and not a good image, so if you want safety I would not advise this place.more ...hide ...
Waste of government money. The only reason this place still exists is for the government check an I can assure you the citizens of Hilltop have had enough of this public nuisance. Get rid of these apartments and we all iWaste of government money.
