Packages keep getting stolen nd if they cant insure our security or can see who walk in and out the building whats the cameras for Complain and management say dont have boxes sent instead of checking the camera maybe they stole it

I'd like to know which apartment looks that nice? When I first moved in, my apartment wasn't up to standard; however, I was desperate to move, so I stayed. There was still debris from the past tenants scattered around the heating vents, carpets were very old and a brownish color, not properly sealed and were detached from the wall. Let's not even mention the rodents; they practically shared the space with me, helping themselves to my groceries and running across my dishes. I had to store and refrigerate everything, and keep my dishes on top of the fridge. There was always a new property manager; I had encountered five in the six years that I lived there. The rent was never the same amount and the maintenance crew always changed; I never knew when they were coming. Unless this is your only and last option, I wouldn't recommend this place. My children hate it here, they even don't like to ride by. Vesta, you can do better! If I had the photos, I would upload them, including the mice droppings and the mice themselves. Be warned, this is a true review from an ex-tenant; no fake review here.more ...hide ...

When I first moved in, my apartment was in terrible condition: debris from previous tenants under the heating vents, carpets old and brown, not sealed properly, detached from the wall. Not to mention the rodents, who made themselves right at home, eating my food and running across my dishes. I had to refrigerate everything and store my dishes on top of the refrigerator. There was always a different property manager and the rent went up and down unpredictably. Maintenance was always done by someone else, so I never knew when they would come. I wouldn't recommend this place unless it was your only and last option. My children hate this place so much that they don't even like to drive past it. Vesta, please do better. If I could give this building no stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They constantly don€™t have hot water or heat in general, cockroaches (huge roaches), bed bugs and rats.
