Great place to live and great neighbors wish there was more parking for family to visit though

Ive been living here for a little over a year now and its a very decent place to live The place has a small community room you can rent on site for birthday parties etc You have a small back area with a fence separating you from your neighbors Your r Ive been living here for a little over a year now and its a very decent place to live The place has a small community room you can rent on site for birthday parties etc You have a small back area with a fence separating you from your neighbors Your responsible for yard pick up and gardening Trash is free The negative things are the outrageous fees you have to pay here like 300 per pet Which sucks since you need to get every pet fixed because its a requirement here They are kind weird with their own rules like have a Satellite dish But if you are moving in new I recommend painting the walls because if you have to clean the walls the paint just comes off so easy But overall this place is decent and we pay 520 a month we pay electric gas Internetcable I just dislike the rules and how they twist their rules around or make weird ones up Also dont like that there really isnt anything to do in town But other then the apartment is beautiful and we have a nice garage more ... hide ...
