She has banned certain tenants from coming into the office. The plumbing is TERRIBLE, your apartment will flood and it will take days for them to get to you; the apartments have mold in them you cannot see, as well as the underlying plumbing they are constantly having to get worked on. Office is barely open, if you catch them its a good day. The laundry rooms only have 6 dryers and 6 washers and they close at a certain time. Lots of animals roam the property, possums, skunks, and lots and lots of stray cats that actually get fed by the property manager herself and a few other tenants. If you have a pet, you will pay for them to live with you every month. There are better places and management teams to work and live at, dont waste your time here.
