Woodland Lakes is certainly the nicest and most pleasant place I have ever lived. The management staff is exceptional (you will adore Jim, he's a wonderful guy!) and maintenance is top-notch (Marcus is incredible, but everyone is fantastic!). You will not find a more friendly or genuine management and maintenance team anywhere. They are very family-oriented and you can really tell they care deeply. I really appreciate the staff here. Apart from the management and maintenance crew, you will love the apartments too. They're cosy, comfortable, private and enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about this complex. Even the grounds it's situated on are first-rate. The grounds are always neat and tidy and there are several (10+) miles of trails in the nearby area. I honestly cannot find a single complaint about living here. This place is gorgeous and comfy, and it will make you very content. It's great for raising a family! Your kids will have plenty of other children to play with in a secure and contained space away from major roads. There's even a playground right in the middle of the complex. I have been living at Woodland Lakes for only a few months, yet I cannot give it more than two stars. The office staff is very unhelpful when it comes to our concerns; I have had to remind them four times that our rent is more expensive than what is I have been living at Woodland Lakes for only a few months, yet I cannot give it more than two stars. The office staff is very unhelpful when it comes to our concerns; I have had to remind them four times that our rent is more expensive than what is stated in our agreement, and Jim promised to resolve this but has yet to do so. The noise levels here are out of control. In the past five years I have lived in numerous apartment complexes and I have never once complained about sound disturbances. Two weeks after moving here I had to call the police due to the neighbors shouting and being disruptive. A few weeks after that I had to call the police again for the same reason. After those people moved out, the maintenance man who resides next door started playing loud music each week which is loud enough to wake us up. He and the other people there always shout over the music to communicate with each other. Everyone is ill-mannered and inconsiderate. There is always something happening. I am so disappointed, and our lease does not end until July of next year, which is extremely disheartening. If you want to live here, it is like having a train station in Chicago with obnoxious people living around you. more ... hide ...

Funfamily friendly neighborhood with a great park and pool The staff is always really nice and so are the neighbors We love it here We are able to take our kids and dogs on walks every day and enjoy the peace
