These are by far the nicest apartments in and around Fort Gibson The staff are very personable and work hard If you dont live here youre truly missing out

This is the most horrible place I have ever lived. They never fix broken things and do nothing about excessively noisy neighbors. They never fix broken things and do nothing about excessively noisy neighbors. There are a lot of regulations and policies, but they are not enforced. If you would like to stay in a decrepit apartment with bugs, loud neighbors and a damaged interior, then this is for you. However, this place does not respect people from the working class. They have been doing renovations and the workers are making a lot of noise all the time. I have had to contact the police regarding the neighbors three times and have filed both written and verbal reports; nothing has been done. There is black mold in my apartment due to a water leak and they keep saying they will repair it, but they haven't done so even after two months. There is a hole in the bathroom that they have not fixed and the central heating and air conditioning system is not functional. One day it started to emit smoke and they came to look at it and said they needed to get some parts to fix it, but they still haven't done it. Their maintenance personnel installed a window unit in order to provide some heat, but my electricity bill increased significantly and now in winter, I have no other way of heating my home apart from the oven, which is dangerous because I own a dog and the oven cannot be kept on all the time.
