My uncle. Who is 88 yrs old moved in here and loved it. After he moved out it changed hands. He put down a $200 deposit and paid all he owed when he left. Here is what they charge the elderly to clean an appt if you dont get it clean!!! Really? I get my house cleaned once a month. which is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home for $200. Who in thier right mind charges elderly people who most live on a fixed income $530 to clean an apt? Come on!!!! Thats insane and I dont know how you sleep at night knowing you take advantage of elderly people!!!! If you have some one living there I would make sure you clean the apt. or this is what you will pay!! Unless they change it. This is outrageous!!! They could clean it with the $200 deposit.
