The residence was overrun with bedbugs and cockroaches, and the only fresh air available was through a door that opened to a huge trash container. It was a disgusting smell which attracted rats and dumpster divers in the dark. There was no security whatsoever. My nephew is deeply depressed and needs help with cleaning up, but he refuses to ask for help because he would rather suffer in the mess than have to deal with the office manager. To my surprise, this sentiment was echoed by other residents when I asked around. They felt bullied and intimidated and said they weren't allowed to contact the boss directly, as all messages had to go through the office manager. On top of that, the receptionist was collecting food stamp information, which she has no right to do. This needs to be addressed. I pray for my nephew every night, and I was sad to leave him in such a place. I hope this review isn't removed from Google Maps as Fairhaven has a tendency to delete any negative reviews. Everyone has the right to express their opinion, but this practice is unfair and corrupt.more ...hide ...
