Manager doesnt know anything, says \"if you dont like it, leave.\" We have NO outside lights until midnight, when one lonely street light comes on. Everyday, somebody finds their vehicle has been broken into or stolen. Come on, these are older folks in subsidized housing--they cant afford that! \"If you dont like it, you can leave.\" We basically have no laundry--open 8-5, M-F, except holidays. A lot of people have caretakers who use the laundry in the daytime. No working laundromat in sand springs. No notice when someone is going to show up to install whatever, still dont know what we are supposed to do when they kick us all out. Were told we\"d have help packing and lifting--havent seen that either. offered us used boxes to pack belongings in--no thank you--theyve had bedbug problems out here, too. I just want to leave here--I take my gun and phone to bed with me every night, in case somebody tries to break in. Id give them less than one star if I could.more ...hide ...

My mother loved her apartment here and the community/neighbors look out for each other. Grocery and drug store very convenient. Doris in the office is so helpful and kind and the maintenance crew is on top of things.

Hoping things would work out, after leaving a BEAUTIFUL senior skyline apartment complex just outside of DENVER! Moving to be here with me in Oklahoma...thinking they would be moving into another BEAUTIFUL, & brand new senior complex ONLY....to be met with THE RIVER RIDGE SUPER ROACH MOTEL & THE SMOKIN€™ SENIORS to go with it....THIS COMPLEX HAD A GOOD ADVERTISING FRONT TO LURE...vulnerable gullible seniors whose FAMILIES ARE TOO FAR AWAY TO TAKE CARE OF THEM. Unlike most office management MY compassion goes out to you, & your families. That€™s a falling star, & double negative for this complex. One thing management needs to learn is earlier prevention & better management....BE ON BUG PATROL 24/7, & don€™t allow bug people to move into your apartments.more ...hide ...
