First off NOBODY IS EVER in the office! The recording states business hours are 8:30-5:30. DONT bother calling at 5 or after, you will NOT get anyone to answer (IF she is here)! THEY DO NOTHING about NOISE & LOUD music complaints! THEY DO NOT ENFORCE HANDICAP parking! They need to repaint lines so some people can see where & how to park! The office lady doesnt follow through with enforcing anything. So Shawnee P.D. gets to take care of what shes getting paid to do! SHE NEVER RETURNS CALLS! Both times I have went to do laundry 2 out of 3 washers work, and 1 out of 3 dryers work! No trash can for dryer sheets or lint! I dont see how so much is not up to code for this place being Government Subsidized! I WILL be going to higher authorities! Something has to be done!more ...hide ...
