I lived at Tioga for two years while at FSU and it was by far my favorite Offers a ton of space two car garage washerdryer great staff and directly next to the river Definitely one of the better apartment complexes in Big Rapids

I hate it here. Only because we have a manger that choices side (Would rather take the side that has no evidence or anything to back them up) and does not investigate the problem or situation. I myself have seen this happen and have had this happen to me. I myself along with two other people have been mistreated, been neglected, criticized, and discriminated on. There has been nothing done about this and makes it for a hard living. I myself and two other people watch everyone else get away with things but if we had done them we would have been writen up or kicked out. Its not fair that we are getting in trouble for the same thing that others are getting a slap on the wrist and never talked about again. Up stairs bath tub does not plug properly so all the water drains out minutes after you run a bath. Had to do a deep clean in the apartment before we moved in,found black mold which continues to grow even if I try to clean it with bleach water. Neighbors have no respect for each other, my sister got her bike stolen from one of our next door neighbors, we€™ve woken up at 5 in the morning to people screaming at each-other. Worst place I think Ive ever lived in by far.more ...hide ...
