I would have rated a lot higher a year ago but now that the managers have retired things dont run as smoothly and it has been one thing after another from notices constantly on my door 5 in 2 weeks a rent increase to the substitute manager yelling ac I would have rated a lot higher a year ago but now that the managers have retired things dont run as smoothly and it has been one thing after another from notices constantly on my door 5 in 2 weeks a rent increase to the substitute manager yelling across the parking lot at someone for not having their very well mannered dog on a leash I work at night last thing I want is to be woke up with needless shouting There are cars being stolen apartments robbed while occupied at night homeless in the dumpsters constantly and jumping the fence to the complex next door and did I mention no security cameras anymore When I moved here they had security cameras Old small outdated and overpriced apartments It has been nice quiet and safe around here for 7 years and now I cant wait to get out of here more ... hide ...

New ownership veri is rude and invasive to tenets And plan on jumping rent prices up considerably The apartment units themselves arent bad and good in design
