Ive lived here for 6 yrs There are lots of druggies around but the neighbors I know are nice Matience man is nice and fixes things very fastnI would like to move into another apt with washer and dryer in unit but same management as they seem nice

New management is slow to act on things To many drug attics Some good neighbors 1 bedroom is about 580sq feet None of the amenities are open On the plus side your right across the street from the swim center and close to hope park
