They are horrible, the managers are apparently allowed to make up rules when it suites them, they do not reinforce rules like not drinking alcohol in common areas. Managers are never here, and when they are dont like having people come in to talk to them. Maintenance sucks, our maintenance man is amazing, but most of the rest dont do their job properly. Kind of wish we still had Guardian Management.more ...hide ...

We had a few requests taken care of after I bothered them for weeks to get it taken care of. One being the window frame separating from the building, the other was a cabinet door fell off, hing and all, we were lucky my 1 year old wasnt in the tiny kitchen. And when they did come to fix the problems they werent a secure job or a job well done. It was like they where doing these to get me to stop bothering them and focus on the upgrades the owner was doing.I moved out first week of March and havent had any communication from them since. The owner is drastically changing things to where I think she is not wanting it to be low income apartments any more. She also told me to my face that she wished a portion of our contracts werent printed out because they \"dont do\" that portion of the contract anymore/at all.more ...hide ...
