This is the 4th time I come to drop an apartment application and they are always close, I have seen the maintenance man and everytime he says the manager is on vacation.

Visit a friend here often. Apartments set up decent town home style. Bedrooms upstairs and get hot in summer with air units bellow. Can pay complex to have own unit installed in upstairs windows. I give zero stars. This was the most horrible living space that I have ever experienced. The drug traffic was non stop and the management was aware of it and chose to ignore it. The apartments themselves are in very poor condition and when you ask maintenance to fix something it is never fixed properly and then they have the nerve to charge you for it. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone especially not safe for women and children. I was a tenant from June 2016-November 2017. I followed all of the proper procedures when you move out of a rental, written 30 day notice to vacate etc... I even left the unit in far better condition than I received it in. I still have the pictures on my phone. Not only did they keep my security deposit but also charged me nearly $500.00 when I moved out.The management and maintenance is both lazy and shady. So grateful to finally be out of that place . Renting at Chenowith Rim apartments was definitely one of the worst experiences of my life.more ...hide ...
