Initially everything went fine. Then, these ppl, whom I called the hillbillies moved in. They constantly screamed at their kids. Then They backed their truck up to my front door and blew exhaust in, my kids have asthma. Nothing was done about it. When they moved the apt smelled so bad and had maggots all over, I could smell it through the shared wall. My spot was constantly being taken by guests. My kids were always bullied as many parents dont monitor their kids. One child assaulted my daughter at 4 yrs old and hit here repeatedly with a wire stake, She had welts. Another boy punched my other daughter in the back. And when we finally moved they sued us over $450 because they took too long to cash our check. And they took the deposit evene though we left it clean. oh and when they sued us they took way more than we owed and we almost lost the house we had just bought and we had to take a Payday loan to make sure our kids had food. more ... hide ... I have outstanding rental history elsewhere, and it was the previous manager that made me comfortable moving here. Her name was Vanessa, and she was the sweetest. Its weird considering the fact that Ive always taken care of the places I resided in and received my full deposit back at the previous apartments I resided in. I learned from this experience and will be more careful with where I live in the future. I was more careful after I left that terrible place and had a wonderful experience at the place I moved in after that. Management makes a huge difference in your experience ! more ... hide ...
