This place is not all that bad despite what you may have heard from people. The people that trash talk it are the ones who do drugs and the ones that are unsafe to this environment. We lack a lot of help around here we constantly go through managers like crazy because they always quit so that leaves us at a disadvantage. We do have a manager now so lets pray we can make the environment cleaner. Please note this comment wasnt directed to anyone and this was not ment to be hurtful. This place was a lot better before we had drug interactions or people involved with crime. This is an okay place its better than the majority of low end apartments. This place does have lead paint so be careful also this place needs a lot of repairs.more ...hide ...

The apartments is horrible, especially for families!. theyre removing back decks on the upper level units and raising rent on those residents, the management claims you cant let children take the trash out or wash your cThe apartments is horrible, especially for families!. theyre removing back decks on the upper level units and raising rent on those residents, the management claims you cant let children take the trash out or wash your car in the parking lot, you cant use the cold water spigits either, according to management the cold water that runs from them will raise the complex building water bill, if you use the spigit on the top level unit, it will cause water to run down the bottom neighbors back patios sliding glass doors, the management claims the spigits was installed wrong causing water to back up into the washer and dryer hook ups causing black mold to grow in units, then after removing the top level units back deck and storage area the residents have what looks like hoarding trash piles on the front porch making the complex very unappealing to renters.If you plan on moving in to becon crest with a family think twice, this place is no home to raise children.more ...hide ...
