I was a resident at the Meadows for a decade and normally the management would promptly address repair and maintenance matters. Even so, there is no good justification for the major rise in rent in a short time, and in the past few years, the ceiling has gotten noisier and noisier. Considering the hikes in rent, the sound distress from the ceiling and our upstairs neighbors, and the ongoing worry of flooding, my wife and I wanted to move to the top floor. Unfortunately, the rate was too high at $740, while we had been paying $630 only due to our extended tenure. Since they couldn't transfer our contract, we ended up being priced out. The one plus side is there is no section 8, which is why this community is fairly tranquil, yet too expensive. The quality of life has not grown in comparison to the rent rise...in the end, the rent increases outweighed the luxury of a swimming pool and the area's convenience in relation to the daily irritations. more ... hide ...

I had great experience living there close to everything Very clean no pets place Pool is awesome Management will definitely cooperate with you in case you have issues I have lived there for 2 years
