The maintenance staff is very kind and considerate. If you need something taken care of, it is done immediately. My husband has had many hospitalizations. They helped us tremendously. The office staff goes above and beyond to help us. Thank you Troutdale Terrace, we are so grateful we live here. Also a neighbor I dont even know until today, knocked on our door and gave us 2 big jugs of water, because of very high temperatures for a few days. She said the stores are running out.
