As a neighbor to this apartment complex I am stunned that they have this place so poorly managed I have encountered two elderly people that live there who say they were stolen from told me the conditions there were horrible and the manager there is cAs a neighbor to this apartment complex I am stunned that they have this place so poorly managed I have encountered two elderly people that live there who say they were stolen from told me the conditions there were horrible and the manager there is completely lazy Reach manages this building so I was surprised to hear that being that I lived in a building manage by them and had such a great experience When I had a issue with their hall monitor hes also a resident because he started an argument over a parking space and then threatened my 70yearold father the manager proceeded to call me a liar told me that myself and the other people that witnessed this were making up stories refused to listen to me and hung up on me When I had called back she told me to write a report lol This man still works there The only person that works there that has any kind of sense is the maintenance man I have tried to contact Reach only to receive a recording message with no voicemail This woman the manager was completely unprofessional Im disgusted with the way this place is run and recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live if you are 55 and oldermore ...hide ...

Drugs and public intoxication. Management does nothing about it. When you try to make it safe for yourself or your kids, management ORDERS you do the opposite and gives you a story as to why. But management rarely views the footage. They turn a blind eye to drug users and public intoxication. Appt manager is a coward and hides in the office instead of walking the grounds to see such illegal acts. I was told to move my car because the trash man hitting a flower bed. But when he comes, my car isnt even there! Lies and deception from a two faced manager. You would think that as a manager you would want to be running a good clean complex. Clearly shes just here to get a paycheck with minimal work on her part.more ...hide ...
