The superintendent, Hector, has been constantly harassing me. When I moved in the stove was infested with bugs, old food and what appeared to be dried blood, which was especially appalling during the COVID pandemic. After a dispute, they finally provided me with a new stove. Additionally, there are roach eggs underneath my cabinets and rodents in the building, which they lied about previously. Hector has also been interrogating my guests and I have had to wait a long time for a light to be fixed. This place is not worth the low price, the main issue being the superintendent and management.
