Hello i039m looking for a 3 bedroom Town house Apartment Multi Family home I need to move out as soon as possible My Housing Choice Voucher expires February 22nd 2023 I have a 3 bedroom voucher and this is my first time having a voucher I have a 11 year old boy and a 17 year old daughter I also have a small dog Yorkshire Terrier dog I have been at my rental going on 7 years Its only a 2 bedroom I need to move in South Philly area because of my job being in South Philly I have lived in North Philadelphia area all my life I always had a job and i know how to keep one I cant stand to be at home and not work But i am a great tenant who pays the rent on time and my bills I also can get a good recommendation from my landlord I would love a more modern up to date house if i can get it I know how to keep a house clean as if my own and don039t like things to be messed up Also I039m a quite person who stays to herself and don039t like trouble My voucher Is a housing choice voucher of Philadelphia I can put a deposit down soon as i have something Been ready to move
