I didnt want to give any stars but it made me rate least onenI understand these times can be difficultplaces are understaffed but still no excuse for poor customer service I want it known that the property manager for Coopersburg Apts Ginny Knight w I didnt want to give any stars but it made me rate least onenI understand these times can be difficultplaces are understaffed but still no excuse for poor customer service I want it known that the property manager for Coopersburg Apts Ginny Knight was VERY unprofessional rude Were trying to find out if my moms application is on file Ginny NEVER returned a single phone call to my mom after she left least 23 messages When I called on 121521 spoke with Ginny no matter what I asked or said all her responses were Im too busy I dont have time She asked if my mom wants to submit another form which doesnt make sense cuz that would bump her further on list She literally had the nerve to hang up on me which leaves us with no answers but definitely frustration more ... hide ...
