She is so helpful and super sweet, she even gave me recommendations for renters insurance places. Maintenance department is amazing, they replaced my garbage disposal in 48 hours after it stopped working. There are always notes posted on any work that is being done to the building or if the parking lot is being plowed. On site laundry is great, and there are storage units in the basement if you need them. You just have to buy your own lock.
