She picks and chooses people she apparently is not happy with and enforces policy against them harder than her favorites. If she and her immediate boss feel you do not deserve protections guaranteed under federal fair housing, you do not get it. Also, they are above the law, as the one said she can park any where she wants, even if it is for the disabled.I am currently being forced to move due to harassment and discriminatory practices. We have been forced to currently file complaints with federal government agencies, as well as state agencies. We have also been forced to seek an attorney to assist in protecting our rights and possibly file a federal lawsuit. There are also the kids, some as young as two, running around unsupervised in traffic. Also, some apartments get visitors at all hours for a few moments, then they speed out of here. Apparently these people have a secret \"small business\" that is allowed to run here.If you have any choice, do not come here. If you have to rent here, be looking for another place and leave as soon as possible. Hopefully the company either cleans up the problems or cleans up the problem people and managers, and it might be a decent place to live.Just be aware and warned.EDIT:Now, because we filed a federal FHA complaint and let the company know about the issues, while trying to solve the problems with the Senior VP & Corp Counsel, the property manager issued a notice to evict even though there was no cause to do so. The law, the residents, residents rights, and doing what is simply right is not something the property manager and her immediate boss are capable of doing. They are self centered, self involved, overly self important, small minded know nothings that need to realize they are not better than anyone else. They, and those like them, will be the demise of a good company. To evict us because we stood up for ourselves and our rights is the reason there still needs to be laws to protect people from discrimination. Also, the property manager, loves to manipulate the truth, respond to situations irrationally, and retaliate.Do NOT live here if you have any choice!more ...hide ...

No rules are obtained. Manager lets her friends park in spots which is intended for tenants..not for people that dont live at poets. Thats what visitor parking is for.
