I had already signed papers three years ago and yet every time I have an issue, they have been changing extra fees without informing me. Furthermore, they do not know what they are doing, not following the rules and regulations. When you ask them questions, they do not know the answer. When you need to report an issue or sign a new lease, it takes them months for an appointment. To fix the issue is another problem, and it takes them a long time to do their job or the work they do is not great. The other problem is that there are mice and roaches. No matter how clean you keep your home, nothing can be done as long as we have this problem. Another issue is the rent, they give different rent amounts, when the rent should be 30% of your income, they are overcharging the tenants and the rectifications are never done on time because they are not on point or organized. They hire management with no experience and also not responsible. There are too many problems going on and tenants are leaving. They charge too much rent and it is not worth the service they are giving here. I am glad I moved out. That is why I give them one star.more ...hide ...
